I just like the fact that libs squawk and cluck and ruffle their feathers when they hear about a policy like this, and start deciding it's racist without realizing that they just basically said "all the coons are alcoholics"

Shit. I guess this has helped me realize my privilege even more. So that's some good come out of it.

The thing is, if you can convince people that as long as the split is not 50/50 then something is amiss, you'll always have something to do, or a job if you make money off of this scam.

In-N-Out is facing a discrimination suit because they don't employ enough minorities. Well, they want a higher quality employee and pay people more to work there. Then the race hucksters go, "What, you don't think black employees are high quality?" and you can't really say anything if you have any power, because if you tell the truth and say, "Yes, not enough young blacks have high school diplomas, or work experience, or a good work ethic, to make it so that the company hires enough blacks." then you're done.

Instead of looking at the culture and going, "What can WE do to ensure that black workers have the skills necessary to get better jobs, or any job?" they attack the companies who haven't the resources to even start to correct these social problems.

Here are the numbers for this case.

The Oakland store where the two employees say they were discriminated at has a workforce that is 23% black.

Alameda County is 12% black. Do you use that number?

Oakland is 28% black. Do you use that number?

There is also an age dynamic to the case. The two who filed the suit are over 40 and say they were discriminated against by race and age. The age part is probably true. Fast food restaurants probably want young people with more energy working there, especially In-N-Out.
