Pound for pound fat girl porn is the best value for your dollar, especially if you buy in bulk.

I've been in the porn industry back when I was... 19-20 I think. Two years, anyways. A friend of mine was an associate in a small company that did import and production and I ended up working there as an editor and a cameraman.
The people in the industry were largely drunks/substance abusers and not very surprisingly not smart people. The women were all broken fuckups. Some of the men were too, often pretty much roided-out cokeheads or burnt-out drunks, but there were a couple of guys who were chill and pretty normal outside of their chosen profession. A lot of overlap with tattooists and bikers.

Fortunately this was a small company that mostly did these "fake amateur" and pretty mainstream type of porn flicks, so I didn't get exposed to truly horrifying shit. However, even though the job gave me a lot of freedom regarding my working hours etc, it was one of the worst, most depressing periods of my life. I stopped working there when I went to the army and never looked back.

Interesting. What are some of the fucked up things you witnessed during shoots?

Mostly it was people being generally fuckups and drunks. One time a female star couldn't perform because she was on Antabus and the only way she could do a scene was if she was completely drunk.  There were some grudges between some of the male stars which escalated into a coked out fistfight (though this was at a party, not a shoot). Sometimes the crew was so drunk they'd fuck up the shoot or break the equipment. Once the owner of the company was shooting a porn scene in a spa and after a bottle of booze decided to go on a waterslide with the camera. The camera did not survive. There were some accidents with bad hygiene. Bleeding vaginas, shit coming out during anal. Once in editing I questioned why all the cameras suddenly got stationary in the scene and was told it was because the smell of shit overwhelmed the crew and they left the room. At least one of the mainstay actresses was mentally disabled to some degree.

My favourite tidbit was when one of the leading porn directors of the country came up in discussion and the company owner lamented that "He's so talented, he could've really raised the bar if he hadn't started huffing glue". And that wasn't a joke.

And like I said, as far as porn goes, this was a pretty benign company, not a facefucking.com. Still, full of fuckups. And it was a draining environment and subject to work on as a 9-5.

So here mu quick thoughts as a frequent porn consumer. I think it's safe to say that the negatives outweigh any positives porn might have. Fortunately when I grew up as a teenager, getting access to porn via magazines was very hard and on video/TV it was near impossible, and looking back that was a very good thing. If I had access to all the internet porn as a teenager growing up, I would be incredibly fucked up mentally. I have no concrete proof what the abundance of online porn is doing for young males in the West right now, but I have an idea. It's breaking down the very fabric of Western society which is a pair-bonded couple in a long-term relationship.
But I do often point out that I write both science fiction and fantasy. It’s just that the science fiction is usually titled ‘technical proposal’ and the fantasy is titled ‘budget proposal.’

No, I actually agree with I/O here. This thread will devolve into a bunch of Captains of Industry trying to out-puritan each other about how No True SSer Watches Porn, then other people digging up those guys posts in the Titty and Ass/Legs threads. And a bunch of 888s about how jews control all porn as part of their scheme to destroy white western civilization with links to Stormfront research on the issue.

It's true tho.

That's why (semi)-ameteur porn and anal isn't a good mix. I remember reading that some professional porn actors don't eat for an entire day before an anal scene and do like 3 enemas before the shoot.

Yeah it's not something I advertise. My friends know about it.

I know a lot of the girls there worked in sex shops and as strippers. Didn't think much further about it.

Didn't encounter any jews at least as far as I'm aware. There are less than 2000 jews in the whole country, they weren't allowed here at all until the 1800's.

There's a girl in a mutual circle of friends I know who seemed nice and normal, and well rounded. Looked pretty hot too. Anyway, one night at the pub someone mentioned that she's actually doing porn and told everyone her porn name.
Needless to say she got a good googling at home and turns out she was doing all sorts of extreme, fucked up stuff...gangbangs, bukakke, dp, etc... and had been for a few years.
Terrible acting, didn't look good with clothes off.
Needless to say, I never kissed her on the cheek again.

I can't think of a bigger gap between the, lets put it formally, 'real life version' of sex and the pornographic parody of it. If you recognize that, and don't act upon it -- character building, seeking professional help, etc. -- yet continue to watch porn knowing how bad it is for your (mental) health, then all I can say is: enjoy your lonesome life. You get what you pay for.

If there's one thing that bugs me, is a victimhood-culture of behavior-turned-addiction. Gaming addiction, pornography addiction, shopping addiction, all such diseases of modernity are plainly fed by availability. No internet, no porn. If you crave a fix anyhow, then you'll have to visit a dirty ol' men store for your DVDs and smutty magazines, and I'm quite right when I say that only a handful of porn faux-addicts have the guts to do so. They're cowards and they know it. They want it free, they want it quick, they want it now (and they want it anonymous). Surprising is it not, to see such an overlap between the mindset of a regular porn watcher, where nothing constrains their desires, and how the average millennial was raised? A simplistic mindset cannot set apart impetus from desire. Because of that, you come to believe that free shit is a right (the 'share economy'), and because their parents did everything for them the second they threw a hissy fit, they never learned how to be patient or practice discipline. I don't have the numbers, but millennials must be the biggest consumers of pornography. Who have the least steady relationships, bleakest future prospects, lowest home ownership, least discipline...? Relations, and not just love or work relationships, are all about giving and taking and if you think of relation in terms of 'rights' and 'demands' you'll end up unemployable and when it comes to love that creepy loner or an obese cat lady.

I can understand addicts to an extent, I've even known a few alcoholics. Their lives weren't the best of the bunch; either too proud to seek help or to put it real blunt: they were beyond salvation. A very sad thing to say. Suppose someone's been through an incredibly shitty childhood and if you cannot see why drugs or liquor offers the easiest way out if you don't have access to professional help, that's just cruel. But a porn addiction? Fuck that. I believe ~95% of people who 'consume' pornography on a daily basis didn't have a shitty childhood, didn't suffer physical or mental abuse or anything that might lay the foundation for a future drug addiction or alcoholism. They're just the worst sort of loser, the sort of person who blames everything on everyone else -- and not the tiniest shred of self-reflection. "Because women dislike me for who I am!!" "Nice guys finish last!!" The type of personality easily associated with the stereotypical failed genius/tortured artist/illusions of grandeur you find everywhere on reddit, deviantart and tumblr. Their daily jack-off is their steam vent and uplifting a very bad habit into an addiction, only validates their delusions.

I think it's a little simpler than that.
Porn is one form of instant gratification and the lack of control in its consumption is no different than lack of control with food or drink. Weak and stupid people can't control themselves or delay that gratification.  With food it makes you a fat fuck, with porn it makes you a weirdo who knows foreign sluts by name and considers Efukt as a shopping list instead of a horrorshow.

sorry dave I dont know what MPC is. Normally I don't post rants like this but porn addiction, tbh all those fashionable maladjustments annoy the shit out of me.
